- All candidates remain subject to verification and background checks.
- You agree not to circumvent Heart Craft Media by engaging talent directly without a written agreement.
- You are solely responsible for managing your employment obligations (taxes, compliance, etc.) unless otherwise agreed in writing for managed services.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our platform, processes, and materials remain the exclusive property of Heart Craft Media. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

- Our liability in any case will not exceed the total fees paid to Heart Craft Media in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate Services at any time if you:
- Breach these Terms.
- Fail to pay required fees.
- Engage in conduct that damages our reputation or violates applicable laws.
Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

- These Terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
- Disputes will be resolved through binding virtual arbitration under the CPR Non-Administered Arbitration Rules.
- Arbitration will be conducted in English.
If parties cannot agree on an arbitrator, one will be appointed at random from nhmediators.org.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of rights.
